Zero-Tolerance for CSAE/CSAM
DuoTrip strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Accounts that create, solicit, distribute, or otherwise engage with CSAE/CSAM are removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Scope & Definitions
• CSAE: Any content, conduct, or attempt that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor (e.g., grooming, sextortion, trafficking).
• CSAM: Any visual depiction (photos, videos, audio/visual, CGI/synthetic) that involves a minor in sexual activity or sexualized nudity, as defined by applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct
• Creation, possession, distribution, solicitation, or promotion of CSAM.
• Grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
• Any activity that exploits, harms, or endangers children.

In-App Reporting & Feedback
DuoTrip provides an in-app mechanism for reporting: Settings → Help & Support → “Report a Safety Issue”, plus “Report” buttons on profiles, chats, and posts.

Moderation & Enforcement
• Immediate Action: We remove CSAM/CSAE upon actual knowledge and disable involved accounts.
• Preservation & Cooperation: We preserve necessary data consistent with applicable laws and cooperate with law enforcement.
• Reporting: Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as required by law.

Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable child-safety laws and regulations in regions where we operate.

Age Restrictions
DuoTrip is for adults 18+ only. Minors are not permitted to use the service. Attempts by minors to access the service, or by adults to engage with minors, result in removal and reporting.
